Used Any Service Numbers Lately?
Called my sister when I received a higher than usual phone bill this month. My sister asked me if I had used any service numbers lately? I did not know what service numbers were. My sister told me that they are numbers that deliver a service like the weather report or horoscope I told her that I have been calling the horoscope line. My sister said that those are premium rate numbers. Because they are performing a service they are billed at a higher rate than a number that does not.
