Student working as an operator
Before I worked at the Fresno answering service, I originally came to the city a few years ago as a student. Although I did not plan on working until at least sophomore year, I realized that life here was expensive. If I wanted to afford the luxury of going out to the bar on Friday night, or seeing a movie every once in a while, I would have to work. I started working in the call center and I fell instantly in love with this job. Initially I liked the fact that other students just like me worked there. We were always participating in special training programs and skill development classes. I really enjoyed that period in my life and I do not regret getting into the call center industry as a student. Nowadays, I still work in a call center but I have a different position in the company.
