I’ve been using phone cards to call my family in Afghanistan as it’s much cheper than any other long distance option. I’ve been getting all my phone cards in local convenience store. I tried many calling cards and found that some of them do provide good quality or even long distance minutes they advertized. All cash purchases in local stores are not refundable and I had no way to even complaint. I found Phone Card Depot web site last week. It carries many phone cards from many different long distance providers. Good thing is that I get my calling card PIN by email and all purchased are guaranteed as if not satisfied I can file a complaint with my credit card.
